* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Please Notes:
1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-4 business days to process your order (except Pre-order). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2) Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), or taxes.
3)For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in one package.

14 Days Warranty

1.What is your Return Policy

• Easy return for exchange or refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
• All products can only be returned for size issue, wrong items and quality issue.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, Lucky Bags, items with non-returnable marks and free gifts may be subject to denial.
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.
• accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• The return shipping fee will be at your own cost. Please contact our Support Center for the returns.

2.How do I make a return

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product or the items don't fit you, please contact us at service@poochparis.com within 14 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.

Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. And please note that it would cost you shipping fee for the return. 

For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

3.What will the refund method for my return be?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

4.When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Additional Notes

• Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package lost or damaged, etc.
• To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
• Please make sure you don't include items not from Poochparis by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

As each dog comes in different sizes and shapes, please make sure to measure your pet and double-check their dimensions before selecting a size. Pooch Paris offers a size chart to help you find the perfect fit for your furry friend based on their measurements—no need to try the product on.

How to Measure Your Dog
Measuring is the most reliable way to get the right size. Here’s how to do it—just grab a measuring tape. No tape? A leash and a ruler will work too!

Step 1: Chest Girth
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind their front legs.

Step 2: Neck Girth
Measure around the neck where a collar would sit.

Step 3: Back Length
Measure from the base of your dog's neck (right below where their collar rests) to the point where their back meets their tail.

Finding the Right Fit
Each product listing includes a sizing chart with specific measurements. Compare the measurements you took to find your dog's size. Remember that sizes can vary slightly, so always check the chart for each item. Tip: Chest girth is even more crucial than back length! If you’re unsure, it’s better to go up a size for a comfortable fit around your dog's chest.

Customizing Clothes
If the clothes you ordered don’t fit, don’t worry—you can customize them!

• Too long or big? Use rubber bands to gather the sides or tie a bow at the hem.

• Neck too tight? Cut the neck area for more room.

• Need to wear a harness and leash under the shirt? Cut a small vertical slit where the leash connects to the harness.
